According to the amended results, En-Japan’s performance surpassed prior expectations.
The company had said revenue for the first half of 2013 would be £46.1m or JPY 7.27 billion, they believe this will now be £47.4m or JPY 7.49 billion. Likewise the company has revised its operating profit which is now expected to be £10.2 or JPY 1.62 billion an increase of +43.4% compared with the previously anticipated £7.1m or JPY 1.13 billion.
En-Japan now expects a pre-tax profit of £11.6m or JPY 1.83 billion, an increase of +53.8% compared with the predicted £7.5m or JPY 1.19 billion. Net profit for the period has now been forecast to reach £14.6m or JPY 2.32 billion compared with £12.2m or JPY 1.93 billion, equating to an increase of +20.2%.
